Basic troubleshooting and attaching log files

Step 1 - Checking license information







Please validate that "Number of hosts remaining in license" does not equal zero. If it is the case, new machines added to the network will not get scanned.
Additionally, if "valid until" value is not "Perpetual" or equals some future date, the module in question will not function.
 
Step 2 - attaching logs

In order to ensure quick and responsive support to open cases, we require that corresponding logs should be attached to every opened case.
Starting with version 5.0.135 log files are located at %systemdrive%\ProgramData\Promisec\PEM\Logs folder. ProgramData is a hidden Windows folder, and some Windows settings need to be modified in order to access this folder.
